James co-founded Legal Clarity in 2007.
James is a corporate lawyer, specialising in structuring corporate transactions, implementing accountant lead tax planning strategies, tax efficient investments and IT contracts. Prior to co-founding Legal Clarity, James practised as a corporate lawyer with Slaughter and May and Eversheds LLP.
Richard joined Legal Clarity from SGH Martineau LLP in 2013 with over 18 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
Richard is a partner specialising in innovative deal structures. He focuses primarily on M&A transactions, re-organisations, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, largely on behalf of owner managed businesses (OMB's).
Chris joined Legal Clarity in 2011 with over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
Chris has a wide range of experience in corporate and commercial matters and has a particular interest in transactional work. Previously, he was a partner in the City of London. In 2008, Chris qualified as a Notary Public.
Kevin co-founded Legal Clarity in 2007.
Kevin leads Legal Clarity's development team. Prior to co-founding Legal Clarity Kevin was a lead developer on a number of key projects for GE Power Systems, DHL, FT.com and a number of banks in the City of London. Kevin has extensive experience of all aspects of the development lifecycle.
