Description
Legal Clarity has an opening for two enthusiastic solicitors and a paralegal to join its boutique corporate/commercial team. Candidates will be given a genuine opportunity to play an influential role in a fast expanding practice that is challenging the traditional law firm model.
Suitable candidates will have a keen interest in technology and business development (including use of SEO and social media) as well as the practice of law.
Legal Clarity
Legal Clarity is an entrepreneurial law firm established to offer commercial and pragmatic advice tailored to the needs of owner managed businesses. There are two core elements to our practice:
- fixed cost services, advertised via our website; and
- advisory work delivered on a more traditional basis.
Advisory work constitutes the majority of our practice.
Typical transactions include:
- MBO's;
- group reorganisations;
- mergers and acquisitions;
- a grant of EMI options;
- advising in relation to the implementation of tax planning transactions; and
- advising investors and companies seeking investment.
Our Clients
The firm's client base consists primarily of:
- UK accountancy firms who offer advisory services to their clients (over and above compliance work); and
- owner managed businesses.
